Good entertainment team, friendly staff and bar staff, Bad sewage smells round the pool area due to the drains everywhere, Very tired hotel on the top of a hill so no good for elderly or disabled. Hotel very tired in need of some tlc, rooms very spacious and cleaned daily which was very good considering I got salmonella whilst on holiday from the hotel and spent the week in my room and bathroom. This was back in October I thought i would try the mackerel and six hours later I was ill with D & V there was no doctor around everytime I enquired so spent the week in my room so poorly. The day before I flew home I tried to get some fresh air at the pool and collapsed from dehydration due to the salmonella the life guard and staff were amazing came straight to help me and assisted me back to my room. On return to England I was admitted to hosp for two weeks and put in re-suss lucky to be here and all because of lack of hygiene from a member of staff which we later found out from the hospital lab report. Overall if you do stay at the this hotel be careful with the food!!!

Let's start with the positives: - the hotel is beautifully situated with breathtaking views, - lots of greenery between the buildings, - the restaurant and room service staff really do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful. - the common areas are well-maintained and attractive, - the entertainment on some days was fantastic, - Wi-Fi available almost everywhere, - the water park is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., - the food is varied. On the negatives: - the rooms are poor for a 4-star hotel, - the food was overly salty in the first week. Every dish was overcooked. After a week, it was as if the chef had changed and things were much better, - no toiletries in the room, - welcome water, and that's all for the entire two-week stay, - poor-quality drinks from the vending machines, The hotel is on a hill, so I recommend using the hotel shuttle. If you have health problems, I don't recommend it. Buses to the city are available at the bottom. There aren't many attractions near the hotel.
