I will absolutely be back and to stay longer. The host is incredibly nice and gracious. She does her best to speak English and recommends local restaurants. It’s so close to the beach as well as hachimangu shrine and kotoku-in. I would highly recommend this place to all travelers.

I stayed here in the summer of 2025. This guesthouse is conveniently located just a short walk from Kamakura's Zaimokuza Beach. There are four different types of rooms on the first and second floors, and they can be rented exclusively for groups. It's the perfect base for swimming and sightseeing. [Facilities] ◽️ Fully equipped with amenities, the house is meticulously clean. ◽️ The first floor has a living room, free drinks, a refrigerator, and restrooms. Granola and milk are provided for breakfast. ◽️ Outdoors, there are umbrellas, chairs, BBQ facilities, and a pool, so you can enjoy sunbathing on sunny days. ◽️ The second floor has two rooms and a roof balcony. This spacious space is bathed in direct sunlight and can be used for multiple purposes. [Neighborhood] There's a drugstore (open until 10 PM) within walking distance, and a convenience store is just a short walk away, making it convenient. [Owner] The owner was very cheerful and kind, and I felt at ease during my first trip to Zaimokuza. Relax in a homey atmosphere! ✨ ⚠️Notes ◽️Smoking is permitted only in the designated area in the first-floor garden. ◽️As the guesthouse is located in a residential area, please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 8 PM. [Overall Review] A clean and comfortable guesthouse. The granola and smoothies were delicious, and I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Zaimokuza. This guesthouse follows the rules and seems to be loved by many travelers. KIYAZA Guesthouse – near Zaimokuza Beach, Kamakura I stayed here in summer 2025. Such a gem! So close to the ocean and such nice rooms with a healthy nourishing breakfast included. The host was so kind and overall it felt like home. The bikes were such a plus and we were able to ride along the coast almost to enoshima!
