Kleopatra Atlas Hotel

Great little place for the price. Staff very pleasant and polite, always happy to help with a smile. Close to amenities and activities. Rooms could do with a little maintenance and updating.

I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas season. I was worried that the rooms might be cold in the off-season and the all-inclusive option might be limited, but I was extremely pleased with my stay. The room was nice and spacious with a view of the cable car, and it was cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable, and you could always warm up in the evenings with the air conditioning if it got too cold, and there were extra blankets in the wardrobe for those who got cold. Regarding the food, I read many comments – many people complained, but I can't say anything bad about it. There was something different every day, with breakfast and dinner being the most filling meals. There was a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, plenty of salads, vegetables, and something sweet. The staff was friendly and spoke a few Polish words – those who don't speak English have nothing to worry about; they can communicate. Despite all this, the hotel's greatest asset is its location: close to the cable car, Damlatas Cave, numerous shops, and a maximum of two minutes to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. And as for the negative opinions: if someone pays an average of 2-2.5 thousand for a week-long all-inclusive stay and expects gold door handles and caviar with champagne, they can actually complain 😉

We booked a hotel with a pool view through an aggregator. Upon arrival, we were given a room above the dining room with the constant clatter of dishes. When we went down, we learned the guide had passed on the information. The next day, they called again to remind us to meet him, otherwise our transfer to Antalya would leave without us. Such impudence made us curious about this guide, so we went to check. It turned out he was busy with other tourists (with whom he later happily played and swam on the beach) and told us to come back later, but not in Russian. A strange guide who didn't speak the language of the tourists he wanted to sell excursions to. Apparently, this is how reception works, not good. The room was spacious, the bathroom was good, the pillows were terrible, and there was no soundproofing, so there was noise from both the hallway and the street. The food was okay. I wouldn't want to return to this hotel because of the reception.
