Knights Inn College Station

WORST PLACE EVER! Was traveling with some friends and the lobby smells like smoke, the bathroom had insects in it, onion skins behind the side table, the parking lot smells like 🍃, and our neighbors were having a full on shouting contest at 2am! This building is next to an abandoned Applebees and there was an abandoned car in the parking lot. I took a shower and the clean towel has someone’s hair in it. Dirty. Stinky. Nasty. Don’t stay here ever! Didn’t feel safe whatsoever

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and recliner, no breakfast, nice and cool upon arrival

This place is ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING. I checked into my room and the first I noticed was that it was freezing cold. Not only sas the A/C unit turned off, it was unplugged from the wall. I had to crawl on hands and knees to reach the plug to turn it on. I stood up then immediately saw giant stains on the chair. Then the bedspread had tears that had been poorly sewn up, the refrigerator was unplugged, stained, and rusted all over including inside the microwave was also rusted. Lastly there was a big cabinet, very beat up, and the door wouldn’t even close so it was standing open in the walkway. I went to the front desk and said I could not stay in that room and requested a refund so I could go elsewhere. She went ro the room, confirmed my findings, then called the manager to ask for permission to change me to another room. We checked out the second room, and it was almost equally disgusting, with stained chair, beat up furniture, torn bedspread, and a stained microwave. I asked again for a refund, but they insisted I see a third room. At this time I noticed that even the lobby furniture was stained, torn, and absolutely disgusting. And they wouldn’t even turn on the heat in the lobby. The poor employee was wearing a coat and shivering. I checked out the third room and found all the same problems, then told them I needed a refund and would not be staying there. I was feeling sick to my stomach, on the verge of vomiting. They still refused to refund the stay and charged the first night as a penalty for cancellation. I would NEVER stay at another hotel owned by the same group. They are rude, and seriously gross.
