Even for my one-night stay, they showed me the rooms and told me I could stay in whichever one I liked. Uğur was an incredible man, very attentive to showing me rooms. Despite his age, he's an excellent worker. I liked the room, but this time there was a problem with the balcony door, so I asked for another room, so they showed me a room to check out. They said, "If you don't like it, we'll take you whatever room you want." The gentlemen at the reception desk at night and on the other shift were very helpful, aiming to ensure our unconditional satisfaction. I had a wonderful room. The breakfast was also excellent; everything was fresh and delicious. I applaud the gentleman who manages the breakfast area for his humbleness and diligence, he's a wonderful man, and I also thank him for the complimentary coffee. The staff from A to Z are attentive, the hotel is comfortable, and the location is perfect. It's very close to the metro station and within walking distance of Kültür Park. Everything about it is a place you wouldn't hesitate to choose. This is the only place I'll stay every time I come to Izmir, and I'll never go anywhere else. You're amazing, Kocaman Hotel team, thank you 🌼🌼🌼🌼

The first room we checked into was shabby, with water leaking from the shower tray. The second room had no light in the bathroom. The third room looked like it hadn't been finished, with no shelves or hooks, no shower curtain, and a leaking shower head. The bedding and pillows were okay, but the breakfast was so-so.
