Nice room, swimming pool, fitness, breakfast everything fine. Although it is busy, 2 coffee machines is a bit little for a lot of people and you get a traffic jam like on the ring road around Brussels.

The hotel is perfect for a rejuvenating stay. The spa, with its pool, jacuzzi, relaxation room, and fitness area, is ideal after a lovely walk in the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and accommodating to our specific requests.

Very disappointed. Room 312 was an attic room, so we were practically in the roof. There was very little lighting: just two bedside lamps and one wall sconce. The mattress sheet was too small, and the mattress itself was covered with a plastic sheet—horrible! The so-called Wellness Center was far from peaceful and too small for the number of guests. The water in the pool and hot tub was cold. There were streaks/marks on the pool walls, likely due to leaks or humidity. A plant in the corner was dying. The pool decor was awful and unrelaxing, and people were drinking by the pool, which is prohibited. Guests didn't follow the rules in the saunas (using cell phones, not wearing swimsuits, talking loudly, etc.). There was no supervision, and it wasn't relaxing at all. The restaurant staff were kind and dedicated, but the wait for service was very long (bring your cell phone to pass the time). There were only two staff members for 43 guests. The food tastes good. What's shameful, unacceptable, and unworthy of a 4-star rating is that they allow customers to come to their meals in sweatpants and flip-flops (without socks). We, and other customers, were truly shocked by this. Thankfully, the staff were well-groomed. It feels more like a fast-food restaurant. It's time to reconsider the star rating. We booked parking, but be careful if you park in the spaces in front of the reception door, as it opens automatically and hits your car during maneuvers. There are no markings on the ground to warn you that the door opens. Frankly, this is the first time I've been so critical. Very disappointed, as it was a gift. It's not worth 4 stars.
