My mom and I stayed at the Riviera Resort for three days and two nights, and we had a wonderful time every day. 1. The environment was lovely, like a grandma's backyard – clean and cozy. 2. The room was spotless, not even a speck of dust in the corners – a big thumbs up! 3. Every day there was a pre-made breakfast: two slices of fried ham, two sausages, a sunny-side-up egg, and some other buffet breakfast options (including sandwiches, toast, some Thai home-style dishes, and a vegetable salad). In short, everything felt very clean and fresh. (PS: My mom absolutely loved the freshly made breakfast! The Thai basil rice was also delicious!) 4. And most importantly!! The service! It was truly fantastic! Especially Natty – gentle, attentive, and warm. My English isn't great, but Natty always patiently communicated and explained things to me using simple vocabulary I could understand. She's such a warm person. The hotel offered free motorbikes, but I didn't use them because I can't ride one, and my mom was also a little afraid of them. So, when we wanted to go to the beach further out, we asked Natty to call a taxi for us. Natty was very thoughtful, remembering our fear of motorbikes, so she called us songthaews (shared taxis)! We were really touched by these small details! It's truly a great hotel! I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance! I'll try to learn how to ride a motorbike next time! 😀 5. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the chickens, I don't know where they came from, but they started crowing every morning without fail. The first day I was woken up by their crowing, but the second day, maybe I got used to it, and it didn't bother me as much!

A very nice hotel, slightly off the beaten track. They have a swimming pool where you can cool off and relax, very spacious and relatively clean rooms, super helpful staff, and a delicious, albeit limited, breakfast. Scooters are included in the price, which allowed us to explore the entire island. I highly recommend it.
