Putting one star only because zero isn't an option. A friend's wedding was supposed to be the happiest day of their life; thanks to this hotel, it was a masterclass in incompetence. From the disorganized staff to the glacial service, bad food, old outdated structures, everything was a frustration. The catering was a disaster(everything was late no guest served a complete plate of food), the coordination was non-existent (book with the manager &have receipts of payments btw and the owners of the hotel will tell you how you paid less money and try to distance them selves from the receipts you have ) , and the customer care was utterly terrible. Save yourself a lifetime of regret and have your wedding literally anywhere else like anywhere else is way better Imagine having police at your wedding not for security but because of conflict. No one can deny this review the staff know this and if you get an honest staff member they will tell you to run SAVE YOUR SELF FROM THIS PLACE AND RUN AWAY FROM IT, there are better places within town RUNNN‼️‼️ Plus Many things in the hotel are old, it’s a safety hazard needs major renovations
