There's no water heater. The carpet doesn't look very clean, and there seems to be residual detergent in the sink.

The carpets are full of stains, huge stains. I was there a month ago, and those stains were wet. I don't even want to know what they were from. I was there again for a few days now, the carpets are full of stains. Black hairs in the shower, as well as on the bed linen. The temperature in the rooms is too high, there is NO WAY to regulate it, you have to open the balcony doors to literally have air, to be able to breathe, and to fall asleep. If you want to stay in this hotel, ask the hotel for a room that is not near the cleaning staff who start shouting and shouting at the top of their lungs from 6 am. In addition, they also shout at you from under the window at 6 am. Impolite, rude and, worst of all, for a 4-star hotel, a shame. And so on every day. The outdoor pool is constantly filling up or at least making abnormal noise, so it is impossible to fall asleep. If you want to book accommodation here, ask for a room WITHOUT a view if you intend to get enough sleep and rest. You won't do any of that, because first of all, the staff won't let you do that with their behavior. I don't know how this hotel deserves 4 stars, but considering the condition and behavior of certain people, I wouldn't give them even 2. Kudos to the receptionists and the service in the restaurant. The rest, ask yourself. It didn't happen again.
