This hot spring hotel received unanimous praise from the whole family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the large public bath on the 8th floor was spotless, and the rooms were perfect – spacious and comfortable with a wardrobe full of yukata to choose from. The breakfast was delicious; although there weren't many options, every dish was amazing. Best of all, the hotel has a secret passage leading to a small shopping street at the back, which is incredibly convenient! Highly recommended! ❤️

Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helped us with our luggage in our room. The public pool on the 8th floor was also very clean and beautiful, and there were even free massage chairs available! We were very satisfied with the room; the bed was very comfortable, the tatami mats were adorable, and every item at breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel! The staff were all very friendly—they even offered to take a group photo for us when we left.

We traveled from Kanagawa Prefecture to Shikoku for three nights and four days, spending the first night in Tokushima, the second night in Takamatsu, and the final night at this hotel. It was our wedding anniversary, so I called the hotel in advance to ask if they could prepare a cake. The woman who answered the phone, Ms. A, suggested we prepare a cake as a surprise, given the price. She gave us some advice and offered to prepare a semi-private room, which was a very pleasant experience even before our stay. The hotel is located on a hill, so you can see the Dogo Onsen Main Building from the front desk. It's great that you can easily access the shopping district from the Dogo Onsen Main Building using the guest elevator. The meals were a semi-buffet style, but the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again if I stay at Dogo Onsen again.
