The room was incredibly ugly, old, and hadn't been renovated in ages. The bathroom was in a deplorable state! Little bugs attacked my stepdaughter and granddaughter! I didn't even want to eat breakfast because it was so unappetizing! We had booked 5 nights and left after 1! Ugh! Avoid this place at all costs if you're put in the Deluxe Garden building.

I totally agree with the last review. Annoyingly, we paid over £210 per night for a room that smelled of damp, with tired and old furniture inside and out. Had to request room to be cleaned at 6.30pm on our first day. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would have left after one day. This hotel has so much potential but needs a thorough revamp and better organisation. It is definitely not 4 star standard - we have had cleaner, fresher rooms in 2 star hotels. Management seem to respond positively to reviews but obviously nothing changes.

We arrived at the hotel at 2pm, they told us that check in was at 3pm. At 3pm we got to the room, the big surprise was to see that it wasn't ready. It was very hot in the reception, they don't have air conditioning, we felt sick because of the heat! The staff leaves something to be desired, at the reception they tell you that the room is ready, and when you get there they tell you that it will take 30 minutes! The bathroom was filthy, the sink plug has to be completely removed otherwise the water stays completely in the sink. They told us that we would have a room with a pool view, the only view we had was of some trees.
