We went to see our family. But the problems started right at the entrance. We were treated as if we were at the Pentagon, not a hotel. "Move your car, we can't let you in without information from guest services, you can leave your car on the side of the road," etc. Anyway, we finally managed to get in, but it was only for 30 minutes. They took our phone number and started calling us exactly 30 minutes later. We said okay, we'll leave, since it's a large hotel and getting to the exit takes time. Two minutes later, we were called again saying we hadn't left. Anyway, we left and were saying goodbye to our family at the door when they came again, urgently telling us to move our car. Apparently, the shuttle buses couldn't get close, even though my car wasn't even at the entrance. Just when we were thinking, "We're finally free, look at this mess," they called again 20 minutes later saying we still hadn't left. I told them, "I got my ID and checked out, enough, stop bothering me," and hung up. Don't make it so difficult, it's just a hotel.

The service is poor considering the price. We chose it for our New Year's Eve gala. The guest relations staff were attentive and friendly, and we were pleased with the gala staff and the waiters in the main restaurant, but apart from that, the overall service at the resort frankly did not satisfy us. A significant portion of the resort's facilities were out of order, and those that remained were inadequate. The staff couldn't keep up with the crowds, and getting table service at the bars was impossible; it had become self-service. The variety of food and drinks outside of the breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet was mediocre. I would rate it differently if the price were reasonable, but it definitely doesn't deserve these prices.
