Quite mediocre for the price you pay. Some issues that need to be resolved. This hotel is named Keyes, the which is confusing for taxis, etc as there are 2 hotels with the same name in Moshi. Unlike the other Keyes hotel, this hotel is far outside of town and you're really stuck there. There are no safes in the room. Instead they say to leave all money and valuables at the front desk. I was traveling with more than $1,000 USD. I would never leave that with a stranger at the front desk. While we were there, another guest of the hotel had money stolen from their room. We observed the guest mentioning it to the front desk and filling in a police report. He said that his money was taken when his room was cleaned. After the guest walked away, I saw the lady from the front desk go upstairs and chat with the housekeeping staff. They were all laughing about it. Apparently they were taking no accountability about the matter. The internet was horrible. It barely worked the whole time we were there. Maybe 10% of the time, and at <2MB/s at best. Despite this, one of the male staff somehow sat in the lobby and watched ticktock videos at full volume, without headphones for hours a day. Beyond obnoxious. The rooms were otherwise adequate. The food was reasonable, we tried the pizzas on two occasions and they were decent.
