The room in the Luhtitalo looked like no one had been there since the summer. Dead insects and dog hair in the corners. The shower dripped water, which made the shower area damp and moldy. Paint had also come off the bottom of the wall in the room. The door opened via the website, but the service showed some vague errors. There were problems with the online service when registering anyway, and checking out was also unsuccessful. Customer service doesn't answer the phone. A plus is the quiet location. Four-star accommodation is really top-notch.

The reception was properly served, although they did not tell us what services were available. Of course, it was Christmas Eve before I realized that there was no service there. Stayed on the second floor of the Luhti House. The key card worked well. The room had an unpleasant floor surface. There were dead little flies on the floor surfaces throughout the apartment and the room was very cold and drafty. The price-quality ratio was not quite up to par.
