I even tried turning off the router. I changed to an available room, and the Wi-Fi connected, but... When I opened the curtains, I could see the restaurant at the hotel next door! The restaurant is glass-walled, so you can see everything. It was also the breakfast buffet venue, so I couldn't open the curtains in the morning either! I'm a woman, but... They didn't tell me about that. What a lack of consideration. I've given up on telling the front desk. At the buffet, it was hard to tell where the line started after I picked up my tray, and when I finished picking it up, I realized I was going in the opposite direction. The hotel staff didn't make any announcements. I'll stay at a different hotel next year.

I stayed here on a business trip. I've stayed here before on solo business trips, but this time I was with a female colleague. I rented a car and requested parking next to the hotel entrance rather than in the tower parking lot. My reservation included breakfast. Dinner wasn't served at the hotel. It's close to Numazu Station, on the north exit, but conveniently located near shopping malls and izakayas. The hotel also has a large public bath, separated by gender, which my female colleague also appreciated. For dinner, we went to a nearby sushi izakaya, but time passed longer than expected while we were eating and drinking, so we hurriedly left the restaurant. We stopped off at a nearby convenience store for some groceries before returning to the hotel. By the way, this hotel offers a "happy hour" from 6:00 PM, offering one free drink (including alcohol) and a small selection of light snacks. After a quick drink, we went to the sushi izakaya. Back at the hotel, we went to the large public bath, and soaking in the spacious tub was truly soothing. Baths are available from 5:00 in the morning, so I took a morning bath. The breakfast was also quite luxurious for a business hotel. The ``drilled horse mackerel'' was something I thought was typical of Numazu. It was a little small, but still big enough for ``drilled horse mackerel'' served for breakfast. There was also ``whitebait,'' so I couldn't help but make a ``whitebait bowl'' and eat it. There were also a variety of other side dishes, and although I don't usually eat much for breakfast, I ended up eating too much that day. I booked my stay through an online travel agency, and was able to stay cheap by using points and coupons. I was very satisfied, and considering the price, it was a very satisfactory hotel. I still have a lot of work to do, so I'll definitely use this hotel again when I have to go on a business trip.
