Overall, it was a good stay. It was located next to Nishi Honganji Temple, and the parking lot could be seen from my room. I booked a twin room, but they changed it to a double. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The Nespresso machine in the room was great. Check-in was quick, which was nice. Perhaps because of that, cleaning supplies were always kept in the hallway in front of the room. No explanation was given about where breakfast and other amenities were available upon check-in. Since it was New Year's, I was hoping for Kyoto-style ozoni (traditional Japanese soup) at the morning buffet, but there was nothing on the 4th. ...

I always use this hotel because it's easily accessible by car. This time, I was very grateful for the courteous response despite my significant delay in arrival due to snow. Their collaboration with the restaurant was also excellent, and we received wonderful hospitality there as well.

The room was spotlessly clean and the amenities were excellent. 😊 It's a little far from Kyoto Station, but the shuttle bus is convenient. 😃✌️ Rooms on the 7th floor and above have their own private entrance, excellent security, and a round-trip service where you can enjoy alcohol. 😊 For breakfast, Tankuma's Japanese set meal was delicious. 😃✌️
