The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is second to none, and the views are fantastic! The hotel features Korean inspired decor and is very modern. The amenities are great and everything is super walkable from this hotel. It's a very safe area and has everything you would want to experience in Chicago. We will absolutely be back!
