La Butte

I'm here to talk about the spa (we didn't stay overnight). The treatments my partner and I received (face and back) along with two hours in the area called "The Refuge" were an extraordinary experience where you completely lose track of time. No esotericism or tarot readings, contrary to what some people say! It's a completely different experience from anything we've ever had before: the drinks, the books, the sea view, the spa, and the "German" treatment. In short, go and see for yourself. It's a deliberate choice not to have a swimming pool, and honestly, we didn't miss it at all. Thank you to the staff.

We stayed two nights at La Butte, and everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The hotel is magnificent, eco-friendly, and decorated with great taste and harmony. Whether at reception or in the two restaurants, we were always greeted with great kindness and a genuine sense of service: we were truly pampered. Our deluxe room was spacious, soothing, with a beautiful sea view: a real haven. The spa is also superb. We enjoyed an excellent massage: the therapists are very professional and attentive, always paying attention to the little details (offering drinks, snacks, a relaxing atmosphere, etc.). There is no swimming pool, but a magnificent relaxation area, which is free during the day and accessible for free in the evening, is definitely worth a visit: soft lighting, relaxation mattresses, a zen atmosphere… everything is designed for relaxation. We were fortunate enough to dine at the Michelin-starred restaurant La Table de La Butte: a remarkable experience! Impeccable service, a smiling and ultra-professional team, stylish uniforms, and exquisitely refined dishes: this star is richly deserved. We also dined at Comptoir de La Butte, a more relaxed but equally high-quality establishment, again with a wonderful team in the dining room. Finally, brunch is a truly delightful experience: varied and served with a stunning view. An address we wholeheartedly recommend, and one we will gladly return to.

A truly mixed experience at the Hotel La Butte. Before getting to the good points... I'd like to make a non-special mention of the wellness area... It's an extra charge and limited to two hours: no pool, just mattresses to lie on. The view is magnificent, admittedly, and you can have tea and a short sauna session, but... I can assure you that if people really knew what to expect in your wellness area, you'd have four times fewer guests. The therapists redeem the experience with their exceptional kindness and skill; the massage was truly excellent. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and professional (except for the short-haired, gray-haired lady at breakfast, undoubtedly passionate but perhaps a bit abrupt given the time constraints). The hotel interior is very beautiful and clean. The room is nice, but the bed is firm, and we didn't sleep well. The shower is rather in poor condition. The restaurant is very pleasant and the food is excellent, featuring high-quality local products. In short... we both loved and hated it. But having so many negative points is no better than having two, because we won't be returning and we won't recommend your establishment, at least not the hotel.
