They charge you twice, claiming one charge is for the reservation and the other for the guarantee, and then they don't refund you... The owner is a real crook and a disgrace.

I made a reservation through Booking.com for one night at this hotel. The night cost €85.80. I was charged twice for €85.80, and the hotel owner told me one charge was for the night itself and the other was a deposit (which seemed strange to me because Booking.com didn't mention anything about it, and I'd never been charged an extra night as a deposit anywhere). Anyway, we stayed there from September 13th to 14th, and when we left, we left the room spotless, clean, and tidy since we were only there for one night. As of today (November 9th), I still haven't received a refund of the deposit. After several WhatsApp messages and calls from me to the hotel owner, he kept telling me something different. First, he said it would take a few days, then he said the money was being held but not collected and that it would take a maximum of 15 more days... And in the last call I made to the hotel, he said he didn't know what had happened to the money and that he would look into it. Two months have passed, and I still haven't received a single penny, nor have they contacted me at all. My bank and my lawyer are already handling the matter, but I find it absolutely shameful how the hotel owner treated my partner and me, and that I have to fight to get back the €86 he just pocketed! He probably thinks he doesn't earn enough to steal from his customers. I'm posting this review so he can't steal from anyone else and so that future customers are aware of what this hotel owner is doing.

DON'T GO! He charges for two people and won't give a refund. The crook! Don't stay here. I've been trying to get a refund for months and he's playing dumb. Don't go!
