I absolutely hated it, and it's an experience I won't repeat. We booked a room a month in advance for 5 nights with a double bed, and they put us in a room with two single beds stuck together! It was absolutely uncomfortable to sleep in!! Since the double rooms were full, they compensated me by upgrading my booking to a larger room, but unfortunately, they kept trying to convince me to upgrade for an extra 180 euros per day, which was their mistake! They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. As for cleanliness, it's a disaster. Their cleaning staff needs supervision; they're completely uncaring. They only take out the trash and make the beds. There's no noticeable cleaning of the floors or surfaces. I even left the baby's crib without a mattress cover! 😵‍💫 And of course, if you ask them for anything, you have to go down to reception and chase after them all day. There's no phone service, and if you tell an employee what you need, they ignore you. I've been asking them for a tissue for two days now, and they finally delivered it! 🤣💔

La Clef Tour Eiffel has a wonderful location near several metro stops and it provides ample space for Paris Visitors. My adult daughter and I shared a 2 BR/ 2BA unit and loved the space that was infact cheaper than other 5 star Parisian hotels that would have had us cramped in a studio with one bath. I highly recommend the convenience! It had a small kitchen area too -- was great for picking up wine and snacks for a relaxing evening! Highly Recommend!

Our experience at the hotel was bizarre and disappointing. Although the hotel is rated five-star, the level of service and customer care doesn't reflect that at all. Every request I made required follow-up and repeated two or three times before it was fulfilled. Water is provided free only on the first day; after that, it costs 8 euros! One day, the water supply to the bathrooms and kitchen was completely cut off without any prior notice to the guests, and the outage lasted for about 7 hours without being resolved. When I asked for temporary water during the problem, I was given Evian bottles without lids, which had been manually filled by the hotel because they were free—completely unacceptable. Even the power adapter is sold to guests for 10 euros! Overall, the service and customer care were subpar, and I wouldn't recommend staying there again. ⸻ Our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing and far from what we expected.
