First: The service is terrible, from the highest-ranking person in the place to the lowest-ranking manager, whose name is Mahrez, who has no personality at all and is a liar. Second: The public relations officer is a liar. We have money, and so far, no one has sent us the money. His name is Islam. He is extremely rude and a liar. Third: The accountant is also extremely rude and blocks people. If he doesn't block them, he doesn't respond. His name is Mario. Finally, I don't recommend anyone going to this place. Everyone is extremely rude and liars. There is no housekeeping or room service, and they all left the day after we arrived because they didn't have money, no transportation to the beach, and no money we paid for the beach. The worst part, besides the dirt, is the so-called “restaurant.” They call it that, but in reality, there is no actual restaurant or proper buffet. The menu is exactly the same every single day for an entire week, with no changes and very poor quality. When the food runs out, they don't refill it. The selection is minimal and very limited—mostly chicken and a few vegetables, that’s all. I’ve never seen anything like it, not even in a guesthouse, let alone in an “all-inclusive” hotel. On top of that, there is no hot water in the hotel. And this is not just an issue with one room—it’s a problem throughout the entire place. When we complained at the reception, they said, “It’s summer, you don’t need hot water—just shower with cold.” It’s hard to imagine a more absurd answer. The beach is far away. Yes, there's a shuttle bus that goes there, but it's not worth it—the beach isn't on the first line and isn't impressive at all. The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, with absolutely nothing to do or see around. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel is simply awful. Cleanliness is completely nonexistent, everything is extremely dirty. The elevator is so dirty it feels like it's never cleaned. The worst thing, besides the dirt, is the "restaurant."
