This establishment truly has enormous potential. Everything inside is excellent, and I can't think of anything to improve. To begin with, the location is ideal for enjoying the beautiful city of Palermo: close to the port and the historic center. The bus network runs nearby, and the train station is a 15-minute walk away. Furthermore, the welcome is truly warm; you can feel the kindness and the desire to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. A big thank you to them. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-equipped, and bright, with balconies. The bedding is of good quality. It's worth noting that housekeeping is offered every morning. The breakfast is absolutely perfect: homemade cakes (a kitchen tour is proof – thank you again for the orange cake recipe, I'll treasure it!), fruit, croissants, cereals, dairy products, cold cuts, cheese, hard-boiled or scrambled eggs cooked to order... Everything you need to start the day right. The only downside, and it's not the hotel's fault, is the noise at night from the street. While the soundproofing is good for "normal" noises, it's impossible to block out the sound, which is more like a music festival. I was quite surprised that this happened almost without the residents noticing. Our nights weren't the most restful, but in the end, it's part of experiencing the local area, and we had plenty of time to relax at other times. In short, a big thank you to this hotel and its very friendly staff. Our pleasant stay was thanks in part to them.
