We stayed three nights in December 2025. The room was very spacious, but the cleanliness could have been better. The kitchenette was well-stocked but dated. The location is strategic, just steps from the center and the port.

If you want a comfortable stay in Ushuaia, absolutely avoid this hotel. On the very first day, the hair dryer was broken. When I turned it on, it started to smell like burning smoke, which was honestly frightening. I reported it and was told they would bring a new one the next day. That didn’t help at all, since my hair was already soaking wet. I had no choice but to go to bed without drying it. The next day, when I returned to the hotel around 4:00 PM, my key card didn’t work and I couldn’t enter my room. I contacted the staff, and they said they would unlock the door remotely and asked me to wait. I waited, but the door never opened. When I contacted them again, they said someone would bring a key and told me to wait again. About 30 minutes later, the key finally arrived. Not being able to enter your own room when you want to is incredibly inconvenient, and to make things worse, there wasn’t even a single apology. When I tried to express my frustration, I was ignored and instead asked what time I would be checking out. Finally, although there is a stove in the room, it doesn’t work properly. Technically, you can light it using a lighter, but the flame goes out the moment you release the ignition button, so you have to keep holding it down the entire time. No one would want to use a stove like that. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The apartment is very well-equipped. We had a problem with the water heater, which they told us would be fixed the next day, but it wasn't. They also don't provide adequate instructions before arrival, as the reception is located in a different building, which you have to go to first to check in. Aside from that, the location is very good, and the facilities are generally good too.
