I left a jacket behind during my stay at the hotel in January. For three months I've been sending emails and making phone calls, and they're just ignoring me—absolutely no customer service! Today they're asking for €85 when yesterday it was 80 dinars to ship my jacket, and this after three months of calls and emails! Terrible service! The meal was also very mediocre. The location is beautiful, but that's about it! #bitter #Service #fivestars #deplorable

Having stopped there during a family cruise, we chose this establishment for its beautiful location, warm welcome, but above all for its truly excellent menu.
