La Vista brand hotels are scattered throughout the country. This was my first visit. I chose the Kyoritsu Resort hotel as I thought it would be a good choice. It was the off-season, so I was able to relax from check-in after 2pm until the end of my stay. The view of Sakurajima from my room was also perfect. However, dinner was a bit disappointing. In the second half of the two-half meal, it felt like the food had been pre-prepared. I understand that they have no choice but to go with the automatic system, but it was a bit disappointing.

I stayed here with a friend for two days and one night. In a good way, it's a hotel that's worth the price. Of course, there was no freedom, but the excellent service left no room for anxiety. [Front Desk] Even when it was busy, the receptionist's service was unwavering. When I stopped by with an urgent request, they stopped what they were doing to help me. [Restaurant] If your glass is empty, they will check if you'd like to order more. They always serve you with a smile, so you can order with peace of mind. I'm a stuffed animal lover, and when I rudely placed one on the table while eating, the staff politely greeted me, saying, "For your companion..." They also provided extra plates for my stuffed animal at the late-night soba noodle counter. I was really impressed by their thoughtfulness. [Hot Spring (Women's Bath)] The sauna temperature was generally low. There was a shampoo bar where you could choose your favorite shampoo. Horse oil shampoo and conditioner were always available at all washing areas. [Shuttle bus] The service was very attentive. Although we had different drivers on the way there and back, they were attentive to our seating, and even pointed out the sights visible from the window. From start to finish, they were brimming with hospitality.
