We didn't like the hotel at all; the beach is terrible, completely unsuitable for non-swimmers. The staff collect trash and throw it into the sea.

From the moment we checked in, we experienced a holiday that reflected the quality in every detail. Everything was meticulously thought out, especially for families with children. The variety of food was incredible; there were dishes from different world cuisines every day to suit every taste. The chefs' culinary skills were truly commendable; despite being a buffet, everything was fresh and carefully prepared. The aqua park and pool facilities were fantastic. While the children enjoyed themselves safely all day long, we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the pools and the clarity of the water. The hotel's layout is so practical that you can access everything you need in seconds; it has an architecture that allows you to spend your time comfortably and enjoyably. The quality of drinks and cocktails is far superior to most 5-star hotels. The premium alcohol options and cocktails prepared by professional bartenders were truly excellent. The ice cream and treats served throughout the day delighted both us and the children. The rooms were extremely modern, spacious, and fully equipped with technology. We were greeted by ample power outlets, comfortable beds, and a spotlessly clean room that was refreshed daily. The hygiene of the common areas and restrooms deserves a perfect 10 out of 10; everything is constantly disinfected and smells spotlessly clean. We came as 3 children and 3 adults, and we didn't regret it for a single moment. The staff's friendly and solution-oriented approach made us feel very special. Don't pay any attention to negative reviews; we experienced it and were amazed. See you again next year!

The rooms were very dirty, the food was the same as the previous day's meals, socks and sunflower seed shells were found under the beds, in short, it was a disgrace.
