The room is clean, breakfast is good though the hotel condition is date. I found that old air condition compressor in the room made loud noise all night. We stay on the 4th floors the window facing parking building with the strong light all night, the thin windows curtain let the light from parking lot through our room. It was hard for me to get some rest whole night with light and noise. The main entrance to the hotel is very dark and no security staff at the entrance area has informed us where hotel guest parking was, I parked our car in front of hotel with other car already parked and it was plenty space. While checking in the reception staff told us to move the car to another area. The management must concern, this is not the first case , just put the parking information sign . Unless they are ignored and let this place falling apart. By few bad things I experienced while staying especially the noise and light with terrible views and messy parking management, I will not recommend this place. In the area have a better hotel choice.

Terrible. I called beforehand to ask if there was an iron in the room or if I could borrow one because I needed to wear formal attire. Usually, hotels in Sriracha provide them. If not, I would bring my own. They told me there was one. But when I arrived at 11 PM or midnight, they said there wasn't. I had to go to a dry cleaner at 11 PM or midnight, and it wouldn't be ready until the morning—are they crazy? I need to wear it for the morning check-out! They also shirked responsibility, saying the number I called wasn't the hotel's but the dry cleaner's. I even called again in front of the staff, only to find out it was the lobby/check-in number. They argued with me shamelessly, leaving my formal attire wrinkled. It was infuriating.
