La'gent Hotel Tokyo Bay

I stayed here on my way back from Disney. First of all, the room layout was very confusing. Each alphabet building had the same room number, and I almost ended up in a room with the same number in a different building. The signs and directions were insufficient, which made me feel uneasy about security. The shuttle bus operation is particularly problematic. On the way there, I was tired from the crowds, so I waited outside. It wasn't until the bus arrived that I was told to wait inside, and realized I had to wait in line inside. There was no clear announcement beforehand, and if there had been more passengers, I probably wouldn't have been able to get on. The bus ride back was even more dangerous. There was only a vague announcement saying, "Please wait around here," with no instructions on how to line up. I waited for about an hour, but someone who arrived just in time ran in and sat down first. I was pushed forward and pressed hard from both the front and back, which was so scary I almost suffocated. I think a young child riding alone in this situation could easily have been crushed. I saw that it was recommended for families with children, but under the current circumstances, I would not recommend it. The bus was too crowded and the heating was too strong, which made me feel sick. I actually saw a small child exhausted and looking very unwell, which I felt really sorry for. Honestly, if you're staying at this hotel, I wouldn't recommend using the official bus, and I think it would be better to take a taxi or your own car, even if it's a little more expensive. I had made some great memories at Disney, but it was all ruined by the bus ride back, which was very disappointing.

When using a navigation system, it can be difficult to find the entrance, but since it's a work retreat, I use it every time I go to Disney. It's especially convenient that there is all-you-can-drink self-serve drinks in the afternoon. There are booths where even small children can play. There is only a smoking area indoors on the first floor, though... It is clean.

Stayed 3 nights with 2 adults during our Disney visit. Relatively cheap/inexpensive option, but you get what you pay for. Things We Liked: -Shuttle to & from Disney (took about 20-30 minutes each way) -Nearby convenience store with plenty of snack/drink options -Daily free water & soda in lobby in the afternoon/night -Microwave, toaster oven, & ice machine available in lobby -Good water pressure & heat in shower -Spacious rooms -Mini fridge in room Could've Been Better: -No 3-prong outlets (need an adapter) -Not many outlets -Beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable (requested an extra pillow and comforter, but they declined) -Room was kind of dirty/dingy (stains on sofa, walls, etc.) -Shuttle had way less routes than other hotels -Could hear elevator doorbell in our room Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Disney but would definitely stay elsewhere if we returned.
