Where to begin? Two measly elevators for an entire residence! Levels everywhere, with no clear floor plans! To access your vehicle, you have to go outside the building to take another elevator that leads to the residence's parking lot! If you have reduced mobility, don't even think about taking out the trash alone! There are steps everywhere! The access ramps outside aren't fixed at level 0: watch out for another step! Need your skis? 35 minutes to get to your elevator (well, yes, there are only two!), the lockers are in 5 cm of slush! Nothing to hang your things on, nothing to keep you dry! The apartments: they could be acceptable, if only they were clean! Crumbs in the living room, spills and grease in the fridge, a dirty, sticky table, a clogged sink, a dishwasher that hasn't been maintained… and above all, take inventory! There are tons of things missing! The bedding: a disaster! Beds as hard as rocks, a sofa bed with creaky springs all night long! As for peace and quiet: forget it! No security in the hallways, and the tenants are completely disrespectful: they shout every night between 4 and 5 a.m. in the hallways when the bars are closing! You can't be drunk and respect people who are trying to sleep! The reception staff are nice, helpful, and responsive, but unfortunately, the rest of the staff doesn't keep up. As for transportation: thankfully, it's extremely well-served! The local authorities have invested in public transport, which is great.

On holiday for the week, we received a very warm welcome from Caroline, Agathe, and Eva. They were wonderful and gave us great directions to find our way around the hotel. We had a duplex with a mountain view – a complete change of scenery guaranteed.
