Hello I wanted to stay at this resort on the weekend of November 22-24, I arrived in the area and called. Immediately a "very kind" lady said she would check if there were any free rooms and call me back in 5 minutes. In the meantime, we had been driving for 14 hours and said we should eat something and she just announced in the meantime. I ate, 40 minutes passed, I didn't receive any call, I called again and the gentleman didn't check the availability, that he had to talk to the boss and now he would. After another 30 minutes, he wrote to me on WhatsApp to tell me that there were free rooms and that he was waiting for me at the hotel. I told them I would arrive in 20-30 minutes and the lady told me to confirm that it wasn't ready yet, the room would be ready in an hour at most, the time was 12 o'clock when I spoke. I arrived at 12:52 at the hotel and they told me that the room wasn't ready yet and that I would soon have to sit at the bar on the beach on a sunbed etc... I said let's stay a little longer to relax until the rooms are ready. At 2 o'clock I went back to ask about the room, how long will it take?? I want to mention that it's November in the entire resort I didn't see a single car in the parking lot or another person in the resort or on the beach or at the bar. That we apologize but it's not ready yet but we'll hurry. We retired to the beach again I fell asleep on the sunbeds by the pool at 3 I'm going back, the room?? It's not ready right away the maid will do it and shows me the maid was the same woman who was talking to the receptionist for 2 hours... I told my friend let's go to the car, we left for another location where we checked in in 5 minutes. At around 5 o'clock I received a message on WhatsApp that sir the room is ready and they even checked me in. There's no way you can keep me on the beach for 5 hours in the off-season, being the only customer at the end of November, because the maid was talking to the receptionist and they had nothing else to do. I want to mention that the receptionists were Ukrainians, they were obviously very affected by the situation in their country and that's why they couldn't get enough of gossip... I don't even want to imagine what it would have been like if I had come to stay at this resort in the middle of the season, I think I slept on the beach for 2 nights until my room was ready...
