For the price, it's very good, considering the location, but don't expect luxury beds. The bathroom, on the other hand, is quite nice 👍🏻. I recommend going with friends, not family 😅

I stayed there for New Year's and it was excellent, except for the lack of a phone. The water heater was excellent, and the internet was excellent. The hotel staff were nice, and I think it's mostly suitable for families. There's a supermarket nearby, about 100 meters away. The only downside is the lack of a phone; if you need anything, you have to go downstairs. But would I stay there again? No, because even for the smallest thing, you have to go downstairs. Otherwise, it was excellent, honestly.

To whom it may concern, This email is to make it absolutely clear that our experience at your hotel was disgusting, unacceptable, and a complete failure from start to finish. Everything about your hotel — the service, the staff, the room, and the handling of our belongings — was trash. From the moment we arrived, we were treated horribly during check-in. Your staff were rude, unwelcoming, and disrespectful. On top of that, we were forced to pay extra money for a room that was small, low quality, and absolutely not worth the price. This was nothing but overcharging and exploitation. The room itself was dirty, poorly cleaned, and clearly neglected. It did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. For the amount we paid, this was a complete joke. During checkout, we accidentally left a bag in the room. Your staff did not contact us, did not inform us, and made no effort whatsoever to notify us that a bag had been left behind. This shows a serious lack of responsibility and basic hotel procedure. When we remembered the bag later, we were told it had already been taken. When we returned to our country and opened it, we discovered that several items were missing and clearly stolen. The stolen items include: • A Chanel bag (real or fake, it does NOT belong to you) • Perfume • Hair dye • Personal belongings • Children’s items • Even underwear This was a child’s bag, which makes this situation even more disgusting. The fact that your staff stole personal and intimate items shows exactly what kind of hotel you are dealing with. This is not bad service — this is theft, negligence, and dishonesty. Your staff either allowed this to happen or were directly involved. You failed at check-in, failed during our stay, failed to protect our belongings, and failed at even the most basic level of hospitality. I will make sure everyone knows that this is one of the worst hotels in London. I will warn others publicly, and I am prepared to take legal action regarding the stolen items, the overcharging, and your hotel’s negligence. Do not expect this matter to be ignored. I expect a response. This hotel does not even deserve one star and to whoever stole my hair dye I hope you get a chemical reaction and ur hair falls out and get bald. So disgusting even stealing a little’s girl personal stuff. Plus when we talked to them. They just denied and said if we took it for seriously we would’ve went to the court and asked for my rights. TELL ME WHY WOULD I GO TO THE COURT FOR SOMEONE STEALING UNDERWEAR AND A FAKE BAG AND PLUS HAIR DYES? We trusted them enough not to open the bag there and because we were in a rush if I had only opened my bag there when I found it I wouldn’t have been okay which still I’m not but what can I do. So disgusting. Guys please for your Safety don’t book this hotel if you don’t want them stealing your kids underwear and hair dyes and so many other things with personal stuff and plus so many other services that were so bad I told my family to send the same thing in the reviews so people can know how bad, horrible, and disgusting this hotel is. please spread the word.
