Landmark Residency

My emergency stay at Landmark Residency was supposed to be a temporary refuge during a stressful situation, but it turned into an experience that made an already difficult time significantly worse. The room felt neglected and unhygienic from the moment we entered, with a musty odor, dusty surfaces, worn linens, and a bathroom that did not appear properly cleaned. What made it truly unbearable, however, was the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is simply unacceptable in any accommodation, let alone one charging guests for a supposedly comfortable stay. It was disturbing, unsanitary, and made it impossible to relax or feel safe placing personal belongings anywhere. The service offered little reassurance; staff seemed disengaged and slow to respond, showing minimal urgency or empathy despite the circumstances of an emergency stay. Requests for assistance felt like inconveniences rather than legitimate concerns. The situation was especially hard on the senior citizens accompanying us, who avoid onion and garlic for dietary reasons, yet no suitable food options were provided even after clearly explaining the requirement. Watching elderly family members struggle to find something they could eat while dealing with such conditions was genuinely upsetting. Overall, the property felt poorly maintained, indifferent to hygiene, and lacking the compassion one would hope for in a place meant to host people in vulnerable moments. Instead of providing relief, it added stress, discomfort, and frustration. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to look elsewhere, as this experience failed to deliver even the most basic standards of cleanliness, service, or care, and in my opinion, it deserves nothing less than a zero-star rating.
