After our flight was cancelled, the airport arranged a room for us at this hotel. The room was very clean and the food was good. However, I find it unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to not have even a basic painkiller such as paracetamol. I was feeling unwell and called the reception twice to ask for paracetamol, but they told me they didn’t have anything at all. There was no emergency or first-aid kit available. When I asked for an alternative, the receptionist said that nothing nearby was open, as it was already 11 p.m. Health should always come before comfort. A clean room and good food mean little if guests don’t feel safe. This is why I am giving 1 star. The hotel seriously needs to rethink its basic health provisions.
