I stayed for one night only. Booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for each room. I came with my children. One of the rooms aircon was broken. I went to complain 2 times. Alhamdulillah the staff was very helpful. The technician tried to repair but the aircon was still not cold. The hotel changed us to another room. Very satisfied with the service and help of the staff. The room was comfortable.

The most unfriendly customer service I've ever seen. They don't look at the customer when they talk, they don't smile at all, they just have a sour face. The room is spacious, but not clean. The floor still feels dusty.
