Our stay at Land Thai Infinity on Koh Tao was unfortunately very mixed. The concept of the accommodation is really lovely: a small complex with a pool, a peaceful atmosphere, and breakfast served directly on your own terrace – that was definitely a highlight. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. However, there are significant problems with cleanliness and maintenance. Food scraps were left lying around the pool for over a week and were not removed. The shower head in the bathroom barely came out – we had to ask for it to be replaced. The toilet seat is very old, with deep scratches and visible mold. The towels are also badly worn and partially patched. Room cleaning is not automatic – you have to ask every time whether it will be cleaned at all. Even then, things like changing the towels or taking away dirty dishes are often forgotten. There is a large refrigerator, as well as cutlery and plates in the room, but these are not cleaned. Sometimes, dirty cutlery was even removed but not taken away – it then lay there for several days. In conclusion: The idea and concept are really nice, but the execution – especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance – is unfortunately very problematic. With better housekeeping and regular maintenance, this accommodation could be truly great.

A lovely, peaceful hotel in a great location — quiet and relaxing, yet only a short walk to the beach and main street. The place is small and cozy with a beautiful pool and lots of greenery. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Perfect for a calm, tropical getaway. Highly recommended !

We stayed for three nights. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with dishes, a large refrigerator, and a microwave. Good value for money. The pool was lovely and pleasant. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, inconsiderate neighbors, and a poorly designed shower, so the bathroom flooded every time we showered. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Scooter rental was available (250 baht for 24 hours), as well as laundry service and a shuttle between the port and the hotel. We would definitely return.
