Absolutely stunning stay. Everything at Lanuza was perfect. from communication before we arrived, to rooms being ready early and a seamless check in. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and made a special effort to surprise my husband on his birthday. The rooms were huge and stunning, everything well thought out and perfectly placed. The hotel itself was beautiful, stunning grounds, relaxing areas, beautiful pools. idyllic. Well equipped gym and laundry. the area around is very quiet, but ideal for what we needed with a few restaurants and small well stocked shop. the tram is 5 mins away with really easy access to nearby towns.

First of all, what a beautiful, modern room—large and spacious. The hotel itself is modern and incredibly clean. However, I do have some comments that you might be able to address in the future. First of all, parking is 15 euros per night. This is far too high. The hotel has a small entrance, but it's on a very steep road, so hold on tight to your suitcases. Arriving at the room, we missed a small dustpan and broom to clear away the crumbs. Then you enter a perfectly equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and kettle, which you can't plug in because there's a minibar on the counter. This made the kitchen incredibly cramped, and we were forced to toast our bread next to the sofa (where there was an outlet). It would have been better to put a small shop in the reception area or something, because this was really awkward. We also missed a cabinet in the bathroom; all our things were on the sink, perhaps a bit small, but still handy for mounting a drawer or something underneath. Tip: The bathroom itself was phenomenally large and super sleek. Then you reach the couch, which is comfortable, though with your back to the TV, which is a bit odd. We had a chair, which was awfully comfortable. It's a nice design, but you can barely get out of it. The bed is truly amazing, 240 cm wide, no matter how you lie down. You're enveloped in sheets, almost like playing hide-and-seek, but then you want to charge your phone and realize the table is 50 cm lower than you are. With a beautiful front crawl, you dive down to find your phone and charge it. Then, out to the balcony, after struggling with the curtains, which are hung on a rod and therefore not easy to move (especially if you're short). We booked a suite with a sea view, but when you sit down, you're looking at a solid white wall of the balcony. The houses in the hotel next door all have a transparent section of the balcony, which is a must if you're selling a sea view. I think the wall is 130 cm high. We couldn't eat outside; there was no dining table or parasol. The huge balcony with two lounge chairs and a coffee table was a real missed opportunity. There's not much to do in the surrounding area, except for one small café and a restaurant belonging to the other resort. Nothing else is within walking distance, and you definitely need a car. We enjoyed the room, but we weren't thrilled with the location and the lack of a view from the seating area. It's nice, but we'll look elsewhere. I hope this information is helpful.
