Very decent food and hospitable staff. Just the music at the buffet restaurant sounds like you're in an Ayahuasca ceremony. Not the most relaxing music to enjoy dinner or breakfast. For the rest it's all good.

The hotel is not bad. It consists of 3 or 4 separate buildings, our room was in the ski block. The room was spacious and had a great view on the winter forest. But I think we were just lucky, there were not many rooms with such view. The block was just next to the ski lift and rentals, super convenient. There are spacious lockers for your equipment to make your ski experience even better. The minus is that that the hotel lounge, cafeteria, restaurant and buffet are located in another building 3 minutes away uphill, and you need to fully dress if you want to just grab a coffee or grab quick snack. When it’s -20 degrees and slippery , it’s not that convenient. Food was okay, god quality, but taste/spicing was hit and miss. With meat usually a miss, unfortunately. Another minus was spa/pool. They said that since we had sauna in our room we need to pay to get access to the pool and spa(how is that related, I couldn’t care less about sauna in the room, I wanted to swim in the pool.) When you’re already paying 360 per night for the room asking money for pool sounds cheap. Also, it was not specified during the booking. Minus point. There is not much to do in the area aside from sports. No shops/points of interest. Not much transport. Taking the price into account I will give 3 stars. Otherwise would be 4.

Good and warm hotel, rooms are big and there is balcony as well. Spa is small , water is warm , it's just enough. Few saunas there too. Breakfast was luxury but quite a bit over crowded. Car heating is available too, hotel is next to skiing lift and route. We will come back. There is playing room for smaller kids. Overall good option for skiing person. We did not have lunch there. Internet speed was good too for mobile devices. It took few pictures from our room, and internet speed test report. Over the top detail was hotel was quiet on 4th level, even hotel was full of tourists.
