I have been lucky enough to try several starred restaurants, although the raw materials are top quality and the tasting menu I tried was truly excellent, the price paid, in relation to the other starred restaurants I have tried, seems a bit excessive to me.

Review regarding the restaurant: My Husband surprised me with a meal here for my 30th and the evening was exceptional, exceeding both of our expectations!!! They have a michelin star which was very exciting as we are both foodies and were excited to explore fine dining cuisine drawing from the Tuscan countryside. Every single aspect of our experience was incredible. The service was so incredibly attentive, with all the staff working seamlessly together. We did tasting menu's and all our courses were timed perfectly in a very intentional way. The staff really knew the ingredients, inspiration and story of every dish well. They were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Special thank you to Georgia for her wonderful service. My Husband had arranged some flowers and a dessert and the staff perfectly executed this in terms of sourcing them and presenting them to me. The restaurant itself is sleek and modern. They have beautiful glassware which definitely adds to the experience. Finally, the food! A huge thank you to the Chefs for a really memorable dining experience. We absolutely loved every single aspect of the food. Where we are from, we are very lucky to have high quality produce and a great food scene. This very much met our standards. The presentation of every dish was impressive. We loved all the little in between dishes, like the Chef's finger foods that were presented uniquely, the chef's welcome, amuse-bouche, pre-dessert courses. The produce was of high-quality. The creativity with and pairing of flavours was impeccable. A particularly memorable dish that I truly think is my favourite pasta sauce ever was the Spaghettone, pepper and black lemon dish. Overall, we just had such an enjoyable evening marvelling at every incredible mouthful of food and the kindness we received from the staff. Thank you for a memorable 30th meal!! <3
