Clean, cozy. I recommend.

Like most accommodations in Český Krumlov, I stayed on the third floor and had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. It was about the same as carrying one flight of stairs in a Korean apartment, so it wasn't too much trouble. On the plus side, the breakfast was delicious. They had bread, cereal, fruit, and drinks, plus coffee and scrambled eggs if you wanted. I'm exaggerating, but I think the meal cost 20,000 won per person. The downside, of course, was the distance. It took about 10 minutes to get from the bus stop to the accommodation, and the pavement was incredibly cobbled. It felt like the stone steps in a palace. It was so rough on your suitcase that you'd be shocked if the wheels came off. Secondly, I'd say it was cleanliness. There were a couple of short hairs on the edge of the blanket, which was a bit concerning. Also, since the accommodation was built with wooden frames, they had an air freshener, but the smell was very strong when you opened the door. My nose got used to it after a couple of minutes, so it wasn't a big deal, but if you're sensitive to smells, be aware of this. This one caught me off guard. Since the reception desk wasn't always open between 2 and 6 PM, I had to call the number posted on the door. Cesky Krumlov is a great place to stay for a night, but if you're bringing luggage, find a place as close to the bus stop as possible! If you're backpacking, I recommend this place. It's hard to find decent accommodation in Cesky Krumlov at this price.

A very nice and charming guesthouse in the heart of the old town. We stayed in a spacious, ground-floor apartment and were completely satisfied. The furnishings, bathroom, breakfast – everything was wonderful and highly recommended.
