My words go to the pool area. The pool, the water, and the cleanliness are fantastic. The grassy area leaves much to be desired and is desperately in need of replanting. The pool restrooms are deplorable, not for a paid pool, but for any type of pool. The bar terrace's cleanliness could be greatly improved. Given that these are private facilities, they're not cheap, and their prices obviously increase on holidays. They should have other facilities commensurate with the price of the ticket.

I brought drinks from the on-site bar to join my husband and children at the pool. The reception knew I was heading there, and at no point was I informed about any rules regarding glassware. Honestly, I even thought the cups I was holding were plastic. When I arrived, the pool guard kindly explained that glasses were not allowed. I told him I was drinking the drinks right then and would immediately return the glasses to the bar, and he agreed. However, just seconds later, a woman sunbathing nearby approached me. She introduced herself as the manager and abruptly told me I wasn’t allowed in the pool area with the drinks and that I had to leave. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional especially since she was clearly off duty while enforcing rules. At a certain point she felt even the need to stand up to make her point. My husband walked up to me and took the glasses and left the pool area to avoid this unprofessional situation. When I later tried to express how the situation made me feel and left a note at the bar, my concerns were dismissed. This experience wasn’t just about a rule it was about poor communication and a lack of customer-friendly and professional behaviour that overshadowed my visit. Clear communication and respectful service should be a priority, especially when enforcing rules that guests may not know about.

The padel courts are a disgrace! Charging for padel on courts covered in plants and thistles, with chipped walls so the ball flies in all directions when it touches them, should be prohibited. I'm giving it one star because the surroundings are very nice, and if they did a little maintenance, it would be a pleasure to go there.
