I booked here for 3 nights. On the first night, the air conditioner was making so much noise I couldn't sleep. I asked the reception to check it, but they said to wait until the next day. I said no, and they said they would call the manager and get back to me, but I never heard from them. I couldn't sleep that night, and they came to fix it in the morning, but then it was scorching hot again, and this happened for two consecutive nights. The room is right next to a school, so it's also noisy.

I was enjoying our time at this hotel for the first couple of days. One issue was of course the swimming pool. It has no water and has not been used for a long time. The biggest issue was on our last night when we returned to the hotel the desk guy looked my Filipina fiancé up and down and demanded her ID. I informed him she showed her passport at check-in 2 days ago. My guess is he assumed I was bringing home a local prostitute. We were so insulted. The guy then put his head down and refused to apologise and would not make eye contact. We will never return to the this hotel. The following morning the same guy is there at the desk. He was abusive and swearing at us. He laughed at me when I said I would complain to his manager. He refused to give his name.

The hotel front desk staff is too bad . They don’t have manners to speak with the guest. They have too much attitude. They don’t now how to greet a guests. In the night one Cambodian man and morning a girl also same. They treat their guests like a servant. And talking style is very bad. So i suggest don’t go there
