We stayed 14 nights at this hotel over New Year. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and the hotel is overall both nice and well-maintained. A big plus is that the hotel offers a free shuttle that runs every hour between 11:00 and 18:00 and has three different stops (in addition to the hotel), including at Le Phang Beach, which is a nice and relatively quiet beach. The shuttle also stops at Boat Avenue where there are small shops. However, it would have been desirable if the shuttle continued to run after 18:00. The hotel is new and fresh, and the staff is very nice and helpful. However, unfortunately the cleaning of the rooms does not live up to expectations. Considering that the hotel markets itself as a five-star hotel, one would expect a higher standard. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and did not feel like it had been properly cleaned throughout our stay. On several occasions, towels were missing, and on some days we only received one shower towel. This is definitely an area that the hotel should improve. The area the hotel is in is under construction. It is quite lifeless with few restaurants and no shops nearby. The nearest shop is a 7-Eleven, about a 10 minute walk away, but the road there is very busy and has no sidewalks, so you have to walk along the side of the road. This is not the hotel's fault, but worth keeping in mind if I am thinking of visiting the hotel.

We're currently staying at this hotel. We really liked it. The breakfasts are good. The grounds are very green and beautiful, with plenty of cozy spots to sit and relax. The downside for us is the road to the beach and the lack of infrastructure. There's no currency exchange nearby, nor are there any shops, except for fruit and grocery stalls. Another downside is the use of equipment on the beach, and the demolition of old buildings is causing noise. There are cafes nearby where you can eat deliciously and affordably; a meal for a family of three costs about 1,500 baht.
