We chose this boutique hotel primarily for its spa access, which was included in the price. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the pool was not only tiny, but also out of service. At reception, we were told that the problem had been occurring in the morning, even though several online reviews have reported the same problem for over two months… A regrettable lack of transparency. The sauna and steam room worked, but we preferred not to use them. In the room, the bedding was comfortable. The toilet is in the bathroom!!!! No separate toilet! Breakfast was also disappointing: cold and dry eggs, very little choice, a buffet that wasn't replenished, and a general lack of professionalism… We didn't feel like we were in a five-star hotel. Once we finished our coffee, we had to get up to find the waiters to get another coffee… They weren't attentive enough to the customer's needs. The breakfast area on a veranda is not worthy of a five-star hotel. There's a relaxation room next door with sofas, but they're not really useful. Another surprise: the parking was paid, even for hotel guests—fortunately, it was finally offered to us at the end of our stay as a way of making up for it. The only positive thing is the location, which is very convenient. In short, this is an establishment that clearly doesn't deserve its 5 stars, especially considering the value for money and the service offered.

Loved our stay at Le Boutique! Beautiful room and the hotel hospitality team were so warm and welcoming!! The airconditioned rooms were very clean and quiet. Perfect!! Great location and within walking distance to many points of interest and restaurants. Highly recommend Le Boutique Hotel and Spa.
