This was my third stay at the Domaine du Mas de Pierre, a hotel I've always liked very much and to which I've returned several times. On this occasion, we stayed only one night, traveling as a couple, as we were returning to Barcelona after an 18-day road trip through Europe. We arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long car journey from Italy (more than 6 hours driving). As we are repeat guests, I requested a late check-out, but it was only granted until 12 pm, which I found a bit rigid considering our history of stays and the fact that we arrived late after a very tiring day of travel. I confess that this already caused frustration upon arrival. At breakfast, we had another situation that made us quite uncomfortable. When we arrived there was no queue, and a concierge informed us that she would clean a table that had just been vacated by a couple. However, there was a table ready in a corner, apparently for four people. I imagined they were reserving it for a family of four, which would be understandable. To our surprise, while we were standing in the middle of the room waiting for our table to be cleaned (which hadn't even started yet), another couple who arrived after us were invited to sit at that very available table, while my wife and I continued to wait, standing and incredulous at what was happening. This gave us a great feeling of disorganization and lack of consideration, especially since we arrived first. I still find the hotel very beautiful, with excellent facilities and a truly charming atmosphere. However, during this particular stay, the service left something to be desired, which ultimately impacted our experience.

This was the most wonderful accommodation I've found during my trip to the South of France! All the staff were friendly and warm, the room was incredibly clean, and the view from the room was unforgettable. It's beautiful in spring, but I think it's even more beautiful and fun in summer. It's not cheap, but considering the prices of hotels in Seoul these days, it felt like a great value. I came with my mom, but I highly recommend it to anyone planning a honeymoon in the South of France!

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, the spa was spectacular and truly delightful with ample access. We were there as a couple for my partner's birthday and it exceeded our expectations.
