The hotel is very well located, with a well-maintained golf course and many sea views. Unfortunately, the receptionist wasn't very friendly. The room was noisy at night due to the fan, and it was impossible to turn it off with the remote control. The thermostat on the towel warmer was broken. The bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, but for the price (€28), the omelets and scrambled eggs should be homemade. The New Year's Eve dinner was overpriced for what was offered.

The hotel is superbly located. We were drawn to the spa concept as we are regulars at spas. However, it was a bitter disappointment. The indoor pool water is very cold, the sauna is tiny and unlit, forcing you to open the door to see if there are any available spaces. On busy days, it's impossible to maintain a high temperature. To top it all off, there's no soundproofing whatsoever, no tea room, and a freezing cold relaxation room. As for our room, on our first night we had to turn off the air conditioning because it was making a very persistent noise. Even when it was off, the noise continued. So, a very short night. The next morning, we reported the problem to reception, who took note and contacted a technician. By late afternoon, we had heard nothing and the noise was still there. We contacted reception again, and a technician arrived 5 minutes later. He confirmed he had been by that morning and informed us that he couldn't do anything. The malfunction itself is understandable, but the reception staff's attitude is deplorable. Not a single word of apology. After much discussion, we were offered a room, the only one available, and for good reason. You'd have to be a mountaineer to get into the bathtub; the bathroom was open to the bedroom with only a simple curtain separating it, and its location offered no view whatsoever. If you fancy a coffee in the afternoon, you have to leave the building and walk 50 meters to the bar. Inconvenient in the middle of winter... The restaurant staff were very pleasant. The food was decent.

The hotel boasts a beautiful setting with a magnificent panorama and a truly pleasant view. The welcome was good and the staff courteous. However, the room was a huge disappointment, clearly not meeting the expected standard for a 4-star hotel, especially considering the prices. There was no hairdryer in the room, and none was available at reception. In the middle of winter, with a swimming pool and children, this is unacceptable and extremely inconvenient. The bathrobes provided in the room were a nice touch, but more attention could be paid to families: bathrobes for children would be welcome, as is already the case in other hotels of the same standard. Another major problem: the heating in room 102 made a loud noise every 5 minutes, measuring around 60 decibels. This was accompanied by the sounds of running water and pipes immediately afterward. Result: impossible to sleep for two nights, which significantly impacted our stay. Otherwise, the room was in good condition and a decent size. The spa is pleasant but clearly undersized when the hotel is full. The changing rooms are very outdated, which contrasts sharply with the overall image of the establishment. Furthermore, there isn't enough lounge chairs for relaxing, and it's difficult to find space in the jacuzzi or the hammam. It's a real shame because the potential is there. We didn't try the restaurant, but the bar prices are excessive: €6 for a Fuze Tea is very high. The price of breakfast is also excessive, especially for children. In short, an establishment with a superb setting and good ideas, but services and details that don't live up to a 4-star hotel. I reported the problems to reception, and aside from an apology, it was insufficient.
