Amazing staff. So friendly and warm. A great asset to the hotel. Room on 3rd floor, no elevator. Small room, tinier bathroom (sink in bedroom) and looked a wee bit tired. Comfortable bed, pillows and great bedding. Reviews made the included breakfast sound great, but it was very limited. Great that it was included and I thought the pastries and coffee were good quality but I’d happily skip it. Fruit was sliced kiwis and clementines. The lounge area could be amazing but it needs a reworking. It could be an asset. Could be a chic cocktail bar. Anyway, I got a great deal for the room but booking this hotel again would be very price dependent - I’m not sure I’d stay here again unless the price was right.

I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The communication was always quick and efficient. Nancy at the front desk was so kind, professional and helpful. She ran things so superbly. The breakfast was wonderful and the young guy making crepes, drinks, cleaning, restocking etc was awesome. Our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The location was far better than we expected. It was a bucket list trip to go to Carnaval and I could see the ice castle from the hotel. I can’t say enough positive things for the hotel and staff as well as Quebec City.
