A family-run establishment. Perfect rooms and service. Very nice pool and beach. More local culinary specialties would be appreciated, as well as more French entertainment (the venue is shared with the Italian Club Bravo). The nearest market (20 minutes by tuk-tuk) is fantastic, with an authentic atmosphere and a veritable treasure trove for souvenirs.

I stayed at this hotel at the same time a large European group (Bravo) happened to be on the property, which made the resort very busy. Unfortunately, the hotel did not appear equipped to manage the increased volume. Customer service needs significant improvement, particularly among the dining staff, many of whom seemed confused and unprepared. Dining options were minimal, with a noticeable portion of the menu unavailable throughout the stay—something that should not happen at a resort of this caliber. Although the property itself is beautiful, the overall experience fell short. The villa was subpar for what is advertised as a 5-star resort. Based on service consistency and management execution, this property delivers closer to a 3.5-star experience. The resort has strong potential, but improvements in staff training, management oversight, and dining operations are clearly needed.
