The welcome at the hotel was wonderful, the security staff were friendly, and they offered me tea and coffee while I waited in the lobby. The lobby was clean and smelled lovely; they know exactly how to treat guests, and the team clearly demonstrates this. I was also very pleased with the spa. I spoke with Mr. Şahin in the lobby, and he was very helpful with directions. Thank you, thank you!
