My partner and I enjoyed a few days in Paris, and our stay at the Hotel Le Mireille was excellent. It offered great value for money, and the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was very quiet and close to metro and bus stops. If we return to Paris, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff are genuinely nice people doing their best to make you feel warm. Kudos to Kim at the front desk for being the amazing human he is, he was super helpful to change the dates. Room is super clean.

The hotel was well-located, easy to find, and close to the metro with a 24-hour reception. Luggage storage was available at no extra charge. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was disastrous. The coffee and hot drinks machine was out of order. While this can happen, it's essential that a hotel has a solution for this type of problem. There was a mini kettle and instant coffee sachets for coffee lovers, but no solution for hot chocolate, not even a sachet of cocoa powder or a box of chocolates, nothing. So I decided to have tea and add cold milk. Big mistake! After taking a few sips of this milk tea, I found the smell unpleasant. My partner got up to smell the glass bottle of milk I had poured myself, and to his surprise, it smelled awful; the milk was clearly no longer good! Luckily, I only drank a very small amount, as I still felt ill. There were also carafes of fruit juice on the same table. The multivitamin juice was also past its expiration date; when it looks fizzy, it's no longer good! It's worth noting that the breakfast selection is very limited, the juices are processed, and the bread is served without a napkin for cutting, so everyone touches it with their hands. No compensation was offered to address these inconveniences. Fortunately, we had benefited from a last-minute discount, which made it easier to swallow, although being sick at the end of our stay was very unpleasant. In any case, problems with the coffee machines... that can happen, we understand that, but hygiene issues and expired products are unacceptable.
