We're here during the winter months, so it's no surprise that everything is deserted since it's off-season. That's fine, though. The rooms are relatively large, but unfortunately, the bathroom has a sliding door and is extremely noisy. The balcony doors are incredibly narrow; if you're even slightly wider, it's quite difficult to get through. The balcony doors do have exterior blinds, which is great. We have a sea view, which is lovely. I think the hotel is operating below minimum staffing levels, which isn't really an issue, but it's still a 4-star hotel, and the breakfast doesn't live up to that standard. Tables reserved for our tour group aren't cleared, so if you arrive later for breakfast, you end up sitting at a dirty table with other people's used dishes. The spa area is pretty disappointing – 6 loungers for 170 rooms is ridiculous, and the Finnish sauna is only for a maximum of 3 people. It's okay in the summer, but disappointing in the winter. ... Oh, and sometimes the spa costs extra; this isn't mentioned anywhere. They only tell you at reception when you want to borrow a bathrobe. A big drawback.
